Thank you for discovering The Gym at Prospect for all of your fitness needs!  We are a brand new fitness facility and personal training gym conveniently located in Prospect, CO.  Our facility is open every day from 4:00am to 11:00pm. The Gym provides an ideal environment for those of you who are just beginning your journey in fitness, and to those of you that are well seasoned athletes.

The Gym at Prospect now offers 7,000 sq/ft of all brand new equipment with Prime, Hammer Strength and LifeFitness plate loaded and selectorize pieces. All cardio equipment, on our lofted mezzanine overlooking the weight room, features LifeFitness and Precor Treadmills, Ellipticals, Recumbent and Upright bikes and Stair Steppers with iPod docks and HD monitors built in. Plug in your iPod or iPhone and stream your Netflix or Hulu shows directly to your cardio equipment!
