I am a Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer practicing in Boulder County, CO at The Gym at Prospect. With extensive experience working with challenging and underrepresented client populations such as Seniors, Stroke Survivors, Parkinson's Survivors, Cancer Survivors; as well as Collegiate and Professional Athletes, I bring a level of experience, knowledge, and skill that is rare in the exercise community.

Extensive study of Biomechanics, Joint Forces, Injuries associated with Exercise, and Nutrition & Supplementation give me the tools to provide rational, science based direction to meet a host of specific client needs. Together we can systematically identify and address client obstacles, towards a shared goal of overcoming your fitness limitations.

My name is Poul Collins, and I have been training small groups, and individual with various background since 2007. From all types of collegiate athletes, to people with special needs, to civilians that just need some help. Patience, innovation, and unique experience has guided me to making a positive impact to all of my clients.
Since moving to Colorado in 2011, my exposure, knowledge, and time with the fitness community has kept my passion for training going strong!
Although my college football playing/coaching days are over, I still enjoy working with all types of athletes. Improving athletic performance, along with MINIMIZING INJURY are my focus.
This initial experience, combined with a desire to be able to help anyone, has given me the opportunity to be quite versatile as a trainer. I welcome anyone who is passionate about themselves, and their progress!

The Optimal Movement Assessment used to identify imbalances and asymmetries which could result in injury. With the assessment, your specialist can begin to create a customized program, specific to your body’s needs to begin optimizing health.
Optimal Mobility Coaching
You will spend 60 or 90 minutes working 1-1 with one of our Mobility Specialists to increase joint health, increase strength and improve flexibility and mobility. These exercises can be done at home with minimal equipment
