I love helping people learn how to live a healthier, happier life through exercise and nutrition.
In my 4+ years of experience, I’ve worked with clients of all ages and all fitness levels – from youth to seniors and novices to athletes. It’s my goal to help my clients see transformations in their health and bodies. As a trainer, I focus on creating safe, effective, and challenging programs that will leave my clients looking forward to their next workout. I utilize functional training, using free weights, balls, TRX, kettlebells, and bodyweight to help my clients achieve their goals.
I also believe in the power of group exercise. Whether it’s small group training or a group fitness class, the energy and support of the fitness community can have a powerful effect on pushing people’s limits.
In my free time I love to hike, practice yoga, read, and spend time with my friends and family.
