We are Dan and Sara Greenbaum, owners of The Gym at Prospect.  We have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and are excited to open a gym of our own!  After years of working out in other facilities, we discovered people need to feel comfortable and confident in the gym in order to achieve their fitness goals.  We feel as though we have created an environment that is welcoming to anyone regardless of their ability.  It is our goal to make every member feel welcome!

When I get involved with a client I adapt to personal needs, assess body limitations, and tailor a proper nutrition program for optimal results. Kippy Sloan

Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor

Kippy Sloan is a 15 year training veteran.  In addition to being employed by the international professional athlete recruiting company and corporate wellness and fitness provider EXOS, she is a certified Senior Strength and Conditioning Specialist who also holds national certifications through NASM, and NCSF, in addition; Mad Dogg Athletics Spinning Instructor, Jillian Michaels Body Shred Instructor, and a Level 3 TRX instructor.  Her class lineup has included: Boot Camps, TRX Suspension Training, Body Bar Blast, Spinning, Power Circuits, Abs and Glutes, and a Better Back Series.


Kippy is occupational, recreational, and lifestyle focused as well as form, functionality and holistic minded with a proven track record of improved strength, balance and stability.  Her practice revolves around corrective exercise and creating secure foundations to build upon by strengthening the core and body stabilizers such as the back and abdomen, which are essential for range of motion, better health, injury prevention, fluent movement, and improved overall quality of life.

Aaron Ramsey

Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor

 For the past 10 years, I've been fortunate enough to have worked with populations from endurance athletes in Boulder, CO. to Olympic lifters, athletes in collegiate sports, fight sports and body builders, to clients who just want to "get fit", and even elderly clientele. I welcome and enjoy it all. My experience as a D1 baseball player and as a professional mixed martial artist coupled with my O.S. degree in Sport Science and various certifications ( A.C.E., N.A.S.M.. N.S.C.A.) lend themselves to my training craft. I enjoy personalizing plans to make sure they are tailored to the individual, are updated and periodized to make sure results keep coming, and the routine stays exciting. Having worked as a professional chef, I also enjoy tailoring meal plans to the individual and discussing cooking techniques to keep meals enjoyable and easy to prepare.

I am a Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer practicing in Boulder County, CO at The Gym at Prospect. With extensive experience working with challenging and underrepresented client populations such as Seniors, Stroke Survivors, Parkinson's Survivors, Cancer Survivors; as well as Collegiate and Professional Athletes, I bring a level of experience, knowledge, and skill that is rare in the exercise community.

Extensive study of Biomechanics, Joint Forces, Injuries associated with Exercise, and Nutrition & Supplementation give me the tools to provide rational, science based direction to meet a host of specific client needs. Together we can systematically identify and address client obstacles, towards a shared goal of overcoming your fitness limitations.

Teri Foley

Personal Trainer & Yoga Instructor

Teri’s passion is helping people connect with the wisdom of their bodies. Teri spent most of her life at war with her own body and trying to control it. From that disconnected place, she set out to lose weight and get fit, and she did. But it wasn’t sustainable. Through her own journey of struggling with weight, overtraining, health issues and body image, and eventually coming home to her body, she has gained the wisdom and tools to help others heal their relationship with their bodies and get healthy. Teri has been a trainer since 2001 and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. She is also a Certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor through Rolf Gates Yoga. Her specialties include Resistance Training, Balance and Core Integration, Flexibility Training, Weight Loss & Weight Management, Beginner Fitness, and the Mind Body Connection. In 2011 she became a Mind Body Health Coach through the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. She wanted to support her clients around the deeper emotional and mental issues that can get in the way of achieving their goals. She specializes in eating struggles, weight issues, chronic symptoms, body image and self sabotaging behaviors. She combines her expertise of the body with her soul based approach to achieving health. Her unique style allows her clients to access their own wisdom and find lasting freedom in their relationship with food and body.

Jessica Snapp

Certified Personal Trainer

As a life long athlete Jessica’s career in personal training began in hopes of her sharing her passion for athleticism with the world. At the age of 15, she won a state champion gymnastics title that eventually lead her to dance at the collegiate level. After college she made the decision to give up the security of a salary-based marketing career, inspired by what she found truly fulfilling – coaching. Jessica spent a combined 5 years coaching both varsity and collegiate level dance teams. Inspired by the sheer power she witnessed the human body and spirit are capable of creating, she hopes to share her knowledge and experience with all people no matter what the fitness level, and ultimately coach her clients to achieve his or her specific fitness, wellness and life goals. Other than gymnastics and dance, Jessica has an extensive background in Olympic Weightlifting, lifting enough to qualify her to compete nationally. She has also completed numerous 5K, 10K races, as well as the Boulder Back Roads Marathon. She believes in setting goals in all aspects of life, planning out a step-by-step process to reach them, and never giving up.
